Using Your Reward Code
When you have earned enough AB Love Points to unlock a reward, your reward code will appear in your “Your Reward Coupon” section. AB Love Reward codes are eligibility codes that identify your earned reward to AB — they are not the same as the coupon codes configured in the Hostinger store checkout, and entering them will not automatically reduce your checkout total.
Monetary AB Rewards
These rewards carry a dollar value. Your AB Love Reward code identifies your eligibility for that dollar value — it is not a Hostinger checkout coupon, so entering it in the checkout Coupon Code field will not reduce your order total. AB verifies each paid order and applies your reward value manually after your order is completed.

Non-Monetary AB Rewards
These are exclusive rewards with no dollar value. Their codes identify your eligible reward to the merchant. Do not enter non-monetary reward codes into the checkout Coupon Code field.
Important: The Hostinger checkout does not currently include an order-note field, so reward information cannot be submitted through checkout. After placing your order, contact AB with your reward code and order number so the merchant can process your reward.

Manual Fulfilment Required
Non-monetary rewards are fulfilled manually by AB Handmade With Love. Your reward request stays Pending until an authorised Admin reviews and fulfils it. You can track each request's status — Pending, Approved, Fulfilled or Cancelled — from your dashboard's “My Past Orders” section after you sign in. You cannot change a reward status yourself; only an authorised AB Admin can approve, fulfil or cancel a reward.
Monetary Rewards — your code identifies your eligibility for a dollar-value reward. It is not a checkout coupon and will not reduce your total; AB applies the reward value manually after your paid order.
Non-Monetary Rewards — your code identifies your eligible exclusive reward. Checkout has no order-note field, so contact AB with your code and order number after placing your order.
No points are deducted when a code is revealed or copied. Reward availability is based on your AB Love Points balance.
The More You Love, The More You Earn
Your VIP tier is based on your lifetime AB Love Points and unlocks richer rewards. Thresholds are configurable by our team.

How Points Relate To Purchases
The intended earning rule is 1 AB Love Point per $1 of eligible net merchandise actually paid (whole points only, rounded down — approximately a 1% reward).
Points are calculated from the actual eligible amount paid — sale prices count, not old regular prices.
Points are not earned on shipping, taxes, gift card purchases, redeemed reward value, or refunded/cancelled amounts.
During our current interim, purchase points are not awarded automatically at checkout. AB verifies each successfully paid order and adds purchase points manually, so there may be a short delay after your order is completed.
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the associated points are reversed with a separate manual adjustment by AB — never silently removed. Automatic refund/cancellation reversal is not yet available.
Customer-facing points are rounded down to whole points, so we never over-award.
Marketing Consent Is Separate
Creating an AB Love Rewards account is not the same as agreeing to receive marketing emails. You can choose whether to receive rewards updates and offers when you sign up — and change your preference any time from your dashboard. Giveaway entries never require marketing consent.
