All orders are fulfilled locally from Manukau, Auckland. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 working days for us to carefully prepare and package your order before dispatch.

🏡 Local Pick-Up (Manukau, Auckland)
We offer free local pick-up from Manukau.

We understand that plans can change. For change-of-mind purchases, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Because our products are handmade, scented, and in some cases made to order, please choose carefully.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit or affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other rights you may have under applicable law.
Something Not Right?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us. Please include your order details and, where relevant, photographs so we can understand what happened.
We will work with you to put things right in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
